1. Shipping Methods and Fees

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The shipping options available to you will be presented during checkout, and the shipping fee will be calculated based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day from the date of shipment (available for select orders).

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. The total shipping cost will be added to your order before payment.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that Luxe Precious does not control delivery times once the order is with the carrier.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. We will notify you of any significant delays, and we appreciate your patience.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via Standard Shipping. However, please note that delivery times to these addresses may vary.

5. Order Confirmation and Shipping Address

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review this email carefully to ensure all information is correct.
  • Shipping Address: Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Luxe Precious is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to update it before the order is shipped.

6. Shipping Costs and Taxes

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
  • Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to your order based on your shipping address, and this will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Occasionally, Luxe Precious may offer promotional discounts or free shipping on certain orders or during special sales events. Details of such promotions will be clearly stated at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is shipped, Luxe Precious is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with the process, but the responsibility lies with the carrier once the package leaves our warehouse.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@luxepreciouss.com. We will arrange for a return or replacement. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damaged item(s) to assist with the claims process.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed but before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate address changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered the shipping process.

9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you wish to ship items from the same order to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Currently, we are unable to split shipments for one order to multiple destinations.
