This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items and requesting refunds. 1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Customized or personalized jewelry
    • Final sale or clearance items
    • Gift cards

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@luxepreciouss.com or call us at (253) 946-1701 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Packaging: Once you have received the RA number, pack the item securely in the original packaging. Include a copy of your order receipt and the RA number inside the package.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value. Luxe Precious is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  4. Send to the Address Provided: After receiving the RA number, ship the item to the return address provided in your RA instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is in new and unused condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount will be for the item price only, excluding shipping and handling fees. If a discount or promotion was applied, the refund will reflect the discounted amount.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order for the desired item. If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, and you can place a new order for your exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@luxepreciouss.com or (253) 946-1701. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund or replacement. Luxe Precious will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

6. Sale and Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items are subject to our Return Policy but may be subject to additional restrictions. All sale items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund or exchange. Please review the specific terms at checkout for sale items.

7. Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.

8. Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Clearance or deeply discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
